Ever notice how sometimes the rollers sound like they’re auditioning for a rock band? The other day, I thought the mill was going to break into a solo! Just another reminder to keep an ear out for those odd sounds before the music gets too loud and the machine starts having real problems. Anyone else have a good ‘rock and roll’ moment on the floor?
I totally hear you! It’s like the mill’s trying to rock out with some heavy metal instead of just doing its job. I’ve had a few moments where I was half-expecting a drum solo from the bearings.
I get that! I once had a mill that sounded like a full-blown concert; turned out a few bearings were loose. Good thing I caught it before things went sideways.
